About Autumn

I love fall. Summer and fall are my favorite seasons. Lately, however, I have begun to notice that fall has a kind of strange effect on me. Even though it rains and the weather can be bad at times, it has started to calm me down. Beautiful colorful leaves are falling everywhere. It creates such a lovely atmosphere, really beautiful. And even something as trivial as fall can be so enchanting. I love autumn so much that I wrote an article on this subject.

If you love autumn as much as I do, you must agree that it is a wonderful season, full of colors and beautiful atmosphere. And when it comes to fall, I always make one dish that absolutely goes with it. Can you guess what dish it is? Pumpkin soup. I absolutely love it and it\’s delicious. And it\’s so simple, you don\’t need a lot of ingredients. Just pumpkin and onions. At least that\’s how I make it. First you peel the pumpkin. I tried not to peel it once, but I didn\’t like the soup. So I always peel it.

Then I cut it into small pieces and throw it into a pan with hot oil. When they are thoroughly sauteed, add the onions and saute until the onions are slightly brown. Then add water, a pinch of salt and cover with a lid. Wait until both squash and onion are soft. When softened, mix everything and finish. One more thing. Don\’t forget to taste the soup. If it is not salty enough, add salt to taste. This soup has a distinct yet subtle fall flavor. This recipe is probably familiar to everyone, but it wouldn\’t hurt to have a little reminder of it during the fall season and cook it if you need it.
